General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use

These terms govern the use of the website as well as the general terms of subscription contracts (Care, Shield, Data, Apps, Academy, Workstation Packs).

Commitment period: a firm 12 months, or 36 months when the subscription includes computer hardware.

Payment terms: settlement is made in advance, by invoice and bank transfer.

Scalability: the customer may at any time move up to a higher service level (Essential → Business → Platinum) without penalty.

Service levels (SLA): the guaranteed response times (8 h, 4 h, 1 h) apply according to the time window stipulated in the contract subscribed to.
