What is the commitment period?
12 months, or 36 months when the subscription includes hardware.
How does payment work?
Payment is made in advance, by invoice and bank transfer.
Can I change level during the contract?
Yes, the subscription is scalable without penalty: you move up a level or add a range as your needs evolve.
Is commissioning included?
Commissioning is included with the Workstation Packs.
What do 8 h, 4 h and 1 h mean?
These are the guaranteed response times for the Essential, Business and Platinum levels. The time window of the Platinum level is specified in your quote.
